To help us insure that your message is crisp, clean, and consistent, please take the following into consideration:
If you pay by check, artwork must accompany order and be clean black & white to size. Please do not mail us your original artwork. Always make us a copy to avoid possible loss or mail damage. Also, specify if you’d like your artwork returned. We also accept artwork on 3.5 floppy disks and CD-ROMs.

If you pay by credit card, email your artwork to mhook@promotionaltrainingaids. Artwork must be a minimum of 300 DPI. If you’re using a special font, please include the font when sending your artwork. Word document files are okay to send if you’re printing typeset or regular text only.
Artwork will be faxed to you for final approval. It will show the exact layout and size of your logo. As soon as you fax it back with your approval, production will begin immediately.
Normal production time is three to four weeks after artwork is approved. Lead time may vary due to seasonal demands. Please specify any critical due dates.
