SHIPPING:
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on time constraints and destination. If you have a tight schedule, we can ship next day at your request. We do not ship to PO boxes, so please specify a physical address.
Can you split orders?
We can ship to different locations but will charge the standard S & H fee to each location shipped…1-5 per box $2.00, 6-10 per box $4.00, 11-20 per box $7.00. On larger volume orders, we will quote shipping separately.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all over the world. Please include all pertinent shipping information in the shipping instruction/comment box at the bottom of the order form.
What if I don’t get my order on time?
Promotional Training Aids liability ceases for delivery and to meet specific in hand dates after acceptance of goods by the transportation company.
IMPRINTING:
What is production time on imprinted orders?
Normal production time is three to four weeks after artwork is approved. Lead time may vary due to seasonal demands. Please specify any critical due dates.
How should I submit artwork?
If mailed, artwork must accompany order and be clean black & white to size. Please do not mail us your original artwork. Always make us a copy to avoid possible loss or mail damage. Also, specify if you’d like your artwork returned.
We also accept artwork on 3.5 floppy disks and CD-ROMs.

If emailed, .jpg or .pdf are preferable formats. Artwork must be at least 300 DPI. If you’re using a special font, please include the font when sending your artwork. Word document files are okay to send if you’re printing typeset or regular text only.

How do I approve artwork?
Artwork will be faxed or emailed to you for final approval. It will show the exact layout and size of your logo. As soon as you send it back with your approval, production will begin immediately.
TAX
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax (6%) is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of Michigan.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders without imprints are shipped within 5 business days of payment and may be cancelled prior to shipment. Imprinted orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork/layout has been approved.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, minus the shipping and handling charge. Refunds are processed within 5 business days upon receipt of return. Exception: Imprinted orders may not be returned.
